The FADER does not sell, rent or lease our customer lists or any of your Personal Data to third parties. Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, we will not disclose your Usage Data or any of your Personal Data to any un-affiliated third party without your permission.
The FADER may provide Usage Data, Personal Data and other information to our affiliates, partners and other third parties. However, such information will only be provided in the aggregate, and never about individual users personally.
The FADER may provide Usage Data, Personal Data and other information to trusted third-party service providers and partners who provide services to us (e.g., credit card processing, data storage and management, statistical analysis, etc.). All such third parties are prohibited from using such data and information except to provide such services to The FADER, and are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information.
The FADER may provide Usage Data and other information about you (absent any personally-identifying information) to third-party advertisers to enable such third-party advertisers to deliver advertisements that may be relevant to you. The FADER will never reveal your Personal Data to such third-party advertisers.

6. Public Information
If you choose to post any information on or to The FADER Websites that is meant to be publically available (e.g., comments to columns, posts to message boards, etc.), you are authorizing us to display and share such information to the general public, without any liability or notice to you.
7. Links to Third-Party Websites
If The FADER Websites contain links to third-party websites, such links are provided to you as a convenience only, and we are not responsible or liable for the content provided by any such third-party website, or for your use of any third-party website, or for the privacy policies of any such third-party websites. This Privacy Policy only applies to information collected by us through The FADER Websites, and does not apply to any third-party websites.
8. Children’s Policy
The FADER does not knowingly collect, retain or use information from children under the age of thirteen (13), nor do we target The FADER Websites to children under thirteen (13). The FADER believes that children should obtain their parent(s)’ or guardian(s)’ consent and permission before giving out any personal or sensitive information whether over the Internet or otherwise. The FADER encourages parents and guardians to be engaged and proactive participants in their children’s experience in cyberspace and otherwise.
If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13), we will promptly delete such information. If you believe that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of thirteen (13), please notify us immediately at privacyconcern@thefader.com.
9. Modifying and Deleting Your Personal Data
If you provide any Personal Data to us, you may modify or remove such Personal Data by logging into your account. If you wish to modify or remove any of your Personal Data, and are unable to do so, please contact us at privacyconcern@thefader.com. If we delete your Personal Data, or upon termination of the Terms of Use, your Personal Data may be inaccessible and/or permanently deleted, and we may not be able to restore your Personal Data. However, you understand and agree that your Personal Data may remain in caches, servers or back-up storage.
10. Changes to this Privacy Policy
The FADER may, in its sole discretion and without liability to you, update, modify or revise this Privacy Policy, without notice to you. You understand and agree that it is solely your responsibility to visit this page (www.thefader.com/privacy-policy) periodically to learn of changes and updates to this Privacy Policy. Your continued use of The FADER Websites following the posting of any changes to this Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance by you of such changes. In the event The FADER believes, in its sole discretion, that such changes materially change these policies, The FADER will provide notice of such changes prior to their implementation; such notice shall appear on The FADER Website’s homepage (www.thefader.com).
